Lam Dong reviews projects of dividing and selling land in Da Lat city and Bao Loc

Lam Dong requested to inspect and review projects that have been approved by the Provincial People's Committee to allow the area to transfer land use rights in the form of dividing plots and selling land in Da Lat and Bao Loc cities.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has just requested the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Finance, People's Committees of Da Lat and Bao Loc cities to inspect and review projects that have been approved by the Provincial People's Committee to allow the area to transfer land use rights in the form of dividing plots and selling land to people to build their own houses according to the approved detailed planning of the project.

Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee requested to synthesize the implementation of regulations on conditions for transferring land use rights in investment projects on construction of houses for sale or for sale combined with leasing in the form of subdivision and sale of land; compliance by investors with investment contents on construction of houses for sale, lease, lease-purchase and approved progress of the project according to regulations; timely detection of violations to rectify and guide investors to overcome shortcomings and limitations in the implementation process; strict handling of violations (if any) according to the provisions of law.

At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee requested the above agencies to review investment projects in Da Lat and Bao Loc cities that have been decided or approved by the Provincial People's Committee in principle, including the content allowing project investors to transfer land use rights in the form of dividing plots and selling land (with technical infrastructure invested) to people to build their own houses but are implementing land procedures, planning, investment...; based on relevant legal provisions, advise the Provincial People's Committee to handle the transition for these projects, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

The agencies assigned to perform these tasks shall synthesize reports and propose the above contents to the Provincial People's Committee before June 5, 2024.
