This school year, the model continues to be implemented at 100% of primary, secondary, high schools, colleges and universities in the city. At each school, there is the participation of union members, youth, militia, local police and traffic police. Accordingly, the forces in the formation will remind parents to stop and park their vehicles in the right place; instruct students not to gather in front of the gate; encourage people not to encroach on the safety corridor and support traffic regulation.

After more than a week of implementing the model "For a peaceful school gate", the traffic situation in front of Ngo Quyen High School (An Hai Ward) has had many positive changes. Parents strictly follow the regulations on stopping and parking, and there is no longer the scene of jostling and causing congestion like before. The image of vehicles neatly lined up along both sides of the road has contributed to creating a clear path for vehicles to pass through.

Ms. Ngo Mai Thao Anh, a parent of a student, shared: “Thanks to the guidance of the Youth Union members and parents, we have formed the habit of parking our vehicles in the right place. Since the beginning of the school year, there has been no traffic jam in front of Ngo Quyen High School, ensuring the safety of students and building a civilized urban environment.”

Similarly, Nguyen Trung Truc Primary School (Thanh Khe Ward) implemented the model "For a peaceful school gate", teachers and staff closely coordinated with the ward police, youth union, and parents' association. Activities were maintained regularly on all days of the week, with 6-8 members participating in each launch session: police directly regulated traffic; union members and parents supported and guided students to cross the street safely; teachers reminded and maintained order when leaving.

Ms. Tran Thi Hai Minh, Principal of the school said: “In the coming time, we will continue to maintain and expand the model by installing more propaganda boards, security cameras, lane markings and applying technology in announcing school dismissal times. The school hopes to have more parents and organizations participate so that the model becomes more practical and effective.”

Secretary of the Ba Na Commune Youth Union Le Thi Hong Tuyet said that on the opening day, schools in the area simultaneously launched the model "For a peaceful school gate". The commune Youth Union will continue to mobilize union members and youth to coordinate with relevant units to maintain the effectiveness of the model, contributing to ensuring traffic safety and order in front of school gates.

Secretary of the An Hai Ward Youth Union, Ngo Thi Thanh Long, informed that depending on the actual situation, each school will arrange a different number of team members. Currently, 22 schools in the area have deployed the model since the beginning of the school year; at times when there is a lot of traffic, the schools have proactively mobilized to maintain order. In the coming time, the ward plans to organize more propaganda activities to raise awareness of traffic law compliance among students.

According to the representative of the City Youth Union, with the close coordination of units, over the years, the model "For a peaceful school gate" has shown remarkable effectiveness. Not only contributing to maintaining traffic order at school gates during rush hours, the model also created positive changes in raising awareness of traffic law compliance among parents, students and residents. This is a testament to the spirit of vanguard and volunteerism of the city's youth in joining hands to build a culture of safe and civilized traffic.
