On the same day, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to typical policy families, including: Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang (4/4 disabled soldier, residing in Thanh My Tay ward); Mr. Le Van Duong (4/4 disabled soldier, residing in Binh Loi Trung ward); Mrs. Mai Thi Khang (martyr's wife, residing in Binh Quoi ward); Mr. Tran Ngoc Chau (Pre-Uprising cadre, 4/4 disabled soldier, residing in Gia Dinh ward) - one of the living Pre-Uprising historical witnesses in Ho Chi Minh City today.
Mr. Tran Ngoc Chau is currently enjoying full policies for people with meritorious services, including: Pre-Uprising cadres; people with meritorious services to the revolution; resistance fighters imprisoned by the enemy; and war invalids.
