On the morning of July 30, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee had a working session with the delegation of Hanoi Law University on training and scientific research in the coming time.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van informed the working delegation about the province's potentials and advantages in socio -economic development; the need for training and retraining of human resources in the province in the process of operating two-level local government. Dak Lak province also effectively implemented international agreements signed with 4 provinces of Southern Laos in the field of education and training; provided financial support for many students studying general education and university education programs across the country...

Representatives of Hanoi Law University introduced the school's strengths, majors, and training systems. Hanoi Law University (established on November 10, 1979) is a public educational institution under the Ministry of Justice . The school is training 4 undergraduate majors; 14 master's majors; 7 doctoral majors. The school has chaired and participated in 6 state-level scientific research projects, more than 60 ministerial-level projects and equivalent, an average of 45 grassroots-level projects/year. The school has had cooperative relationships with over 40 foreign law training institutions...

At the meeting, delegates discussed issues related to coordination between local authorities and schools in scientific research, training, human resource development, support policies for learners, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van requested that departments and branches have a plan to coordinate with the school to build a cooperation program between the Provincial People's Committee and Hanoi Law University in the coming time.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested that the school proactively coordinate with the locality to survey the actual training needs at the grassroots level; pay attention to the staff at the department and commune levels to ensure the number of students enrolled and the effectiveness after training, aiming to improve the quality of the staff across the province. The enrollment plan needs to have specific topics, study time, and funding to ensure the practicality and effectiveness of the training program...
