Before the opening ceremony, visitors to the International Cultural - Culinary Festival "Taste of the Sunny Land" had the opportunity to enjoy many performances of special dishes performed by leading Vietnamese artisans and culinary experts such as Mai Xa mussel vermicelli; Cua chicken (Quang Tri); cassava pho ( Quang Nam ), eel vermicelli (Nghe An)...
