In Quang Ninh, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, Director of the Department of Education and Training, said that the locality still faced certain difficulties when organizing the exam, such as the large area and complicated geographical location, so some exam sites had to be located on islands, far from the center. Therefore, although normal procedures have been regulated, but for unexpected situations, the province has planned, prepared and handled closely, ensuring safety and fairness for the candidates.
