The new Director of Children's Hospital 1 also promised to ensure the unit develops sustainably and most effectively, following the "three-legged stool" direction.
Specifically, the Hospital will continuously develop technical expertise, continuously improve treatment quality and continuously innovate, in parallel with complying with legal regulations, through 3 main solutions.
First, develop infrastructure. Second, develop human resources. Third, promote digital transformation.
“We will try to complete the construction of block 4B and the remaining 3 blocks in the next term.
With the new, modern infrastructure, the Hospital will continue to develop human resources, thereby developing specialized technical services, promoting specialized intervention centers, including the Pediatric Interventional Cardiology Center, the Neonatal Center, the Emergency Resuscitation Center, etc., and at the same time developing specialized specialties such as microsurgery, genetic metabolic diseases, etc.
The hospital also promotes digital transformation, completes electronic medical records, promotes quality management, scientific research and international cooperation, institute-school cooperation, health insurance work... to ensure the rights of patients," said Dr. Minh.
The new Director of Children's Hospital 1 also pledged to strictly comply with procurement and bidding procedures, effectively implement financial autonomy, revenue and expenditure management, and ensure the lives of the unit's medical staff.
