The latest news from the Northern Delta and Midland Hydrometeorological Station said that the water level on the Red River is continuing to rise rapidly. At 0:00 a.m. on September 11, the water level on the Red River at the Hanoi water station (Long Bien bridge) was 10.54m (0.04m above alert level II).

It is forecasted that in the coming hours, the water level of the Red River will continue to rise. By 1 p.m. on September 11, 2024, the water level on the Red River in Hanoi will peak at 10.75 m (0.25 m above alarm level II). This water level is expected to remain until 7 p.m. on September 11.
