Conflict at the fair

Regarding the case of a group of girls beating up a friend from another school that occurred in Long Ho District ( Vinh Long ), the police have intervened and determined the cause to be a conflict while going to a fair.

On December 24, news from Phu Quoi Commune Police (Long Ho District, Vinh Long) said that the unit had just received a notice about a group of students beating up a classmate from another school, which occurred in the area of ​​the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation Cultural House (Phuoc Yen B Hamlet, Phu Quoi Commune).

Accordingly, after Thanh Nien Newspaper reported that a group of female students beat up a classmate from another school, Phu Quoi Commune Police investigated and determined that the incident occurred on December 19 at the Cultural House of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation.

Specifically, on the evening of December 16 and 17, female students NNKT (12 years old), TNNY (13 years old), TTH (12 years old), all 7th and 8th grade students at Phu Quoi Secondary and High School, Long Ho District, went to a trade fair in Hoa Phu commune and met LTTA (14 years old, 9th grade student) and TLL (12 years old, 7th grade student at Loc Hoa Secondary School, Long Ho District).

While joking around, the two groups got into a conflict. On the evening of December 18, T. texted A., making an appointment to meet at noon on December 19 at the Cultural House of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation to talk about reconciliation.

After school, at around 11am on December 19, A. rode an electric bike, carrying L. along with male student LNH (grade 9, Loc Hoa Secondary School) to the meeting point. There, Y. and T. used their hands and feet to hit and kick A. in the head, neck, and ribs. Then, T. and H. grabbed L.'s hair, held her head down, and hit her in the head, neck, and back.

While female students of Phu Quoi Secondary School were beating up female students of Loc Hoa Secondary School, LNH used her phone to record it.

During the investigation, Phu Quoi Commune Police requested H. and those involved to delete all video clips recording the above-mentioned beating.

The families and the five female students themselves have tried to resolve the conflict. The Phu Quoi Commune Police have made the three female students who beat up their classmates sign a commitment not to repeat the act of fighting inside and outside of school in front of their families.

The police determined that the actions of T., Y. and H. violated the law and harmed the health of others, and needed to be strictly handled. However, according to regulations, they are not old enough to be punished or have their education measures applied at the commune, ward or town level.

Phu Quoi Commune Police have reported the case of a student harming another person's health to the Board of Directors of Phu Quoi Secondary and High School and Loc Hoa Secondary School so that they can take measures to handle, manage and educate them.
