The judges will focus on analyzing, discussing, and giving specific comments so that contestants can gain profound experience.

Having participated in the provincial-level competition for excellent teachers, Ms. Tran Thi Dao - a History teacher at Quang Tri College of Education said that the 2018 General Education Program has been implemented at all levels, so the competition for excellent teachers has innovations suitable to the program.

With the previous program, teaching was mainly about imparting knowledge to students. But with the 2018 General Education Program, teachers must teach students the necessary knowledge and skills, focusing on students. Therefore, knowledge and skills, and lesson design are also different.
