Since the Landmark-81 tower in Ho Chi Minh City was inaugurated (461.2 m), Keangnam has fallen to become the second tallest building in Vietnam.

The National Assembly Building is located on Doc Lap Street, Ba Dinh District, and was put into operation in October 2014 with the first meeting of the 8th Session of the 13th National Assembly. The Vietnam Military History Museum project started construction in 2020, on a total area of ​​38.66 hectares. The project is located on Thang Long Avenue, Nam Tu Liem District (Hanoi). In the middle of the square is the 45 m high Victory Tower, symbolizing the year 1945 when the country gained independence.

The building is inspired by Viettel's logo with the entire roof covered in green, curved from the base to the top. Inside the headquarters can accommodate about 1,000 people.

In August 2024, the Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station urban railway line will begin commercial operation, after 15 years of construction. This is considered a radial route, running from the outskirts of the capital deep into the inner city. The project is expected to help Hanoi traffic reduce pressure on vehicles, congestion, and pressure on bus routes on the same route. The starting point is Cat Linh station, the end point is Yen Nghia station. On the line there are 12 elevated stations and 1 depot, operating 13 trains. The project is designed according to double-track railway standards, 1,435 mm gauge, maximum speed 80 km/h, operating speed 35 km/h. The train travel time from Cat Linh to Ha Dong or vice versa is more than 23 minutes.

Thang Long Boulevard started construction on March 20, 2005 and was inaugurated on October 3, 2010, on the occasion of the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long - Hanoi. Thang Long Boulevard is part of the Lang - Hoa Lac road project, with a total investment of 7,527 billion VND.

The project starts at the intersection of Ring Road 3 in front of the National Convention Center, and ends at the Hoa Lac intersection with National Highway 21 - Ho Chi Minh Road. With a maximum speed of 90 km/h and 10 lanes running in both directions, Vo Nguyen Giap Road has helped reduce the time from Noi Bai to the center of Hanoi to only 30 minutes.

On October 21, 2012, the elevated Ring Road 3 was opened to traffic. At that time, the project received the attention of Hanoi residents as it was the first time the country had an elevated ring road. The road has 4 express lanes and 2 emergency lanes. The Mai Dich - Nam Thang Long elevated Ring Road 3 was opened to traffic in October 2020, with a length of 5.3 km, of which the viaduct length is 4.8 km, including a 4,426 m Super-T girder span structure and a 404 m steel girder span structure. The project is built with a scale of 4 lanes according to expressway standards, each lane is 3.75 m wide, two emergency lanes, two inner safety lanes, a median strip... This is the only elevated road section in Hanoi designed for a speed of 100 km/h.

Nhat Tan Bridge is one of the outstanding traffic works of the Capital since 2008 when Ha Tay merged into Hanoi. The bridge opened to traffic in early 2015, with a total length of more than 9 km and a total investment of more than 13,626 billion VND. Nhat Tan Bridge has 5 main towers connecting the cable-stayed spans supporting the entire main part of the bridge. These 5 towers symbolize the 5 ancient gates of Hanoi, a thousand-year-old civilization.

Vinh Tuy Bridge Phase 2 is located parallel to Vinh Tuy Bridge Phase 1, started in January 2021 with a total investment of more than 2,500 billion VND. The starting point of the bridge intersects Tran Quang Khai - Nguyen Khoi - Minh Khai streets (Hai Ba Trung district), the ending point intersects Long Bien - Thach Ban streets (Long Bien district). The bridge is more than 19 m wide, with a scale of 4 lanes. After completing phase 2, Vinh Tuy Bridge (including Vinh Tuy 1 and Vinh Tuy 2) has the largest cross-section among bridges in Hanoi with 8 lanes.
