On January 16, the Department of Education and Training coordinated with the Provincial Red Cross to organize the 2025 Education Sector Blood Donation Festival with the theme "Drops of blood of love" - Thousands of drops of blood - giving kindness.
The program attracted nearly 300 cadres, teachers, and staff from high schools and continuing education centers of 13 districts, cities, and towns. Here, volunteers were screened, had their blood tested, had their blood pressure measured, and had their health checked before donating blood. At the end of the festival, the Organizing Committee collected 190 units of safe blood.
With the message “Donating blood to save lives is a noble act”, the voluntary blood donation movement was launched and implemented widely and effectively by the Education Sector of the whole province. This noble act is spreading to everyone in the whole sector and the community, bringing hope to patients who need blood to sustain their lives.
