The man lost his mother at the age of 3. He burst into tears when he saw his mother's photo for the first time in 30 years.

A touching story in Zhejiang, China, has touched the hearts of millions. Xiao Xu (33 years old) from Zhejiang province is a firefighter.

His mother passed away when he was 3 years old. He was too young to remember her face. Since then, 30 years have passed, and he has never had a single photo of her.

"Sometimes, when I'm alone, I think about not knowing what my mother looks like. It makes me very sad," he shared.

On November 22, hoping to recover some of his mother’s memories, he contacted the local police for help. Based on the information he provided, the household registration office searched and found a photo of his mother.

When the police handed the photo over to him, he stared at it, unable to contain his emotions, and burst into tears on the spot.

"Now, I am also a child with a mother," he said, choking up.
