TPO - After a heavy rain this afternoon (October 8), many roads were flooded, forcing people in Ho Chi Minh City to constantly change traffic directions to find their way home, leading to traffic jams on all roads.

Many people traveling from the city center to Hoc Mon, Tan Phu, Binh Tan, District 12... have to change directions constantly, choose small roads to go but almost all share the same situation of being stuck, moving step by step.

The sidewalk of Ly Thuong Kiet street welcomes a crowded stream of vehicles avoiding the "backbone" Cach Mang Thang 8 street, turning off through Bac Hai area...

Near Tan Binh market, traffic is chaotic on the sidewalk and road....

Civil defense forces, youth volunteers, union members, police, militia... were all present on the road to regulate traffic and support road users. Many "reluctant knights" were people living in congested areas, motorbike taxi drivers, workers... also joined hands to regulate traffic.
