Implementing well the policy of "3 sticking, 4 together", Captain Y Han Hwing (Ede ethnic group, born in 1991), Captain of the Mass Mobilization Team of Se Re Pok Border Guard Station, always completes assigned tasks well and becomes a typical example in the "skillful mass mobilization" movement in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

With the dream of becoming a border guard to fulfill his father's teachings, in 2007, Y Han was admitted to the Military Region 5 Ethnic Youth Cadet School; in 2010, he was sent to the Border Guard Academy for training; in 2015, he graduated and was assigned to work at the Serepok Border Guard Station.

Returning to Buon Don as a border guard officer, Y Han always worried about the question of how to make people feel warm and full? People can develop livestock but do not have money to buy breeds, he used his salary to buy breeds with the hope of "giving fishing rods" so that people can confidently develop their economy . Thanks to that livelihood support, the lives of many households have gradually improved and become more prosperous, such as the family of Mr. Y Theo, Mrs. H'Nhem Eban, Ms. Tu Nie Mai Trang, Ms. H'Thai Mlo, Ms. H'Mut San...

In the work of mass mobilization, Captain Y Han always proactively approaches and learns knowledge; promotes the advantage of being familiar with the area and understanding the lifestyle to mobilize and accompany people to overcome difficulties, strictly implement the Party's policies and the State's policies. He also self-studied, translated and compiled some propaganda content in Kinh, M'nong and Lao languages to provide and exchange information with people. He and his teammates in the unit actively go to each household to mobilize people not to use homemade guns for hunting; in 2023, the unit collected 28 guns of various types, of which Y Han personally mobilized to collect 10 guns.

In addition, Captain Y Han also cares about and reviews the circumstances of poor families whose children are at risk of dropping out of school to have timely support measures; through that, more than 100 children have been supported with an amount of 400,000 - 500,000 VND/month...

After graduating with a major in Primary Education from Tay Nguyen University (in 2018), Ms. H Pa Ra Ayŭn (Ede ethnic group) worked at Ly Thuong Kiet Primary School (Ea Wer commune), then transferred to Luong The Vinh Primary School (Ea Wer commune). No matter where she works, she always tries to overcome difficulties in teaching and is active in social work.

Coming from a difficult family background, teacher H Pa Ra Ayŭn understands the hardships and deprivation of students on their journey to find knowledge. During her time working at Luong The Vinh Primary School, she was not afraid of difficulties, always attached, close, and cared about the circumstances of each of her students. In her class, 10/34 students were from poor or near-poor households, with parents working far away, leaving their children to be cared for by their grandparents. When the COVID-19 epidemic broke out, switching to online learning, she went to each student's home to survey learning conditions and mobilized benefactors to support learning equipment, ensuring that 100% of students in the class could study online.

In November 2024, Ms. H Pa Ra Ayŭn transferred to Vo Thi Sau Primary School (Ea Tul commune) to work. The school has more than 94% of ethnic minority students, 17% of students are from poor and near-poor households. As a native, she clearly understands the barriers in communication and learning of ethnic minority students. They learn Vietnamese as a second language, making the process of acquiring knowledge difficult. To help students learn happily, she always tries to organize activities that are both fun and learning, taking time to talk so that students can confidently share their difficulties and boldly interact in each class.

Ms. H Pa Ra Ayŭn applies the "reversed teaching" method, flexibly dividing students to have appropriate forms of support; together with the Team Leader teachers, organizes extracurricular activities and healthy playgrounds to help students experience, practice life skills, and develop comprehensively...

Mr. Phan Thuan, Chairman of the Tuy Hoa Ward Fisheries Union, has never been absent from the late afternoon tea and chat sessions of boat owners and workers under the porch in front of the fishing village. The man with hair that has turned white over the years, attentively listens to each story of the fishermen, asks about the situation of the boats, reminds his brothers to comply with the regulations against illegal fishing IUU...

Born in 1945 in Binh Dinh (now Gia Lai province), Mr. Thuan followed his father and brother to set sail at the age of 14. 50 years of drifting on the waves instilled in him a love of the sea, courage and perseverance. Later, when he settled down in Phu Yen (now Dak Lak), he continued to cling to the sea, considering it a source of livelihood and also a responsibility. When his hair began to turn gray, he no longer went to sea, but his fate and responsibility for the sea continued when he was elected by the fishermen to be the Chairman of the Fisheries Union of Ward 6 (now Tuy Hoa Ward) for over 12 years.

The job is unpaid and has no allowances, but Mr. Thuan never calculates the benefits or losses. Every day, he persistently encourages people to stick to the sea, comply with legal regulations when exploiting the sea... Regardless of the time, whenever it is convenient, he can meet the boat owners and fishermen. He patiently goes to each group and boat to instruct them on how to keep a fishing log, reminding them to comply with legal regulations, because according to him, fishing is only sustainable when fishermen do it right, so that the products have a place in the international market.

In addition, Mr. Thuan also actively coordinates and mobilizes people to establish and participate in production teams at sea to connect, help each other in times of trouble, and share fishing resources... For Tuy Hoa fishermen, Mr. Phan Thuan is the eldest brother, contributing to keeping the sea a sustainable living space for many generations.
