How to make hot rice cake at home
Step 1: Make the filling to eat with the cake
Saute shallots and garlic, add 200g minced meat, 15g shiitake mushrooms, soaked black fungus mushrooms and stir-fry together, stir well. Season with ¼ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon seasoning powder, ¼ teaspoon pepper and stir well to let the spices soak into the meat. After about 15 minutes, when the meat filling is cooked, turn off the heat.
Step 2: How to mix fish sauce to eat with hot banh duc
Pour about 400ml of hot water into a large bowl, then add 50g of sugar and 50ml of fish sauce and stir well. When the sauce cools, add the chopped garlic and chili.
Step 3: Mix hot rice cake without lime
Mix 200g rice flour, 120g tapioca starch, 60g glutinous rice flour with about 1 liter of water in a pot, stir well. Then, put it on the stove, stir continuously with a spoon until the cake is smooth, thick, then add about 1 teaspoon of cooking oil. Stir until the cake is clear, then turn off the stove.
