Mr. Vu Hong Van holds the position of Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The Politburo appointed the Dong Nai Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term consisting of 68 members, the Standing Committee of 15 members; Mr. Vu Hong Van holds the position of Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the National Assembly Delegation for the new term.

Mr. Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Nai province for the 2021-2025 term, continues to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Nai province for the 2025-2030 term.

On September 30, at the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, the Politburo decided to appoint Mr. Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Nai province for the 2021-2025 term, to continue holding the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Nai province for the 2025-2030 term.

The Politburo also appointed four Deputy Secretaries of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2021-2025 term to continue holding the position of Deputy Secretaries for the 2025-2030 term.

At the congress, the Politburo also announced the decision to appoint 4 Deputy Secretaries of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee (term 2020-2025) to continue holding the position of Deputy Secretaries for the term 2025-2030, including: Ms. Ton Ngoc Hanh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Nai province from July 2025; Mr. Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province from July 2025; Ms. Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province from July 2025; Mr. Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, Head of the Organization Board of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee from July 2025.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term were introduced to the congress.

The Congress also announced the list of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 68 members and the Standing Committee of 15 members.

Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the National Assembly Delegation Vu Hong Van was born in 1976, from Hung Yen, and has held the following positions: Deputy Political Commissar, Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police (Ministry of Public Security); Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police; Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police; Director of the Internal Political Security Department (Ministry of Public Security), Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee.

On January 25, 2025, Mr. Vu Hong Van was assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee until now.
