The 2024-2025 school year is the third year of organizing teaching and learning according to the 2018 General Education Program. With the efforts and close leadership and direction of the Party Cell and the school's Board of Directors; the dedication of teachers; the dedicated service of staff and teachers and the studious spirit and striving of students of the whole school, Hoai Duc C High School has achieved encouraging results.
Teacher Nguyen Thi Huyen - Principal of the school informed: For students, the training classification is Fair, Good accounts for 96.4%; the study classification is Fair, Good is 95.6%; the graduation rate is 100%; the rate of 12th grade students passing the university and college entrance exam is over 90%, in which many students pass with high scores.
Among them are: Vuong Trong Truong 12A11 (top 5 highest graduation and university entrance scores, highest score in block A00), Nguyen Van Thuan Phong 12A1 (top 5 highest graduation and university entrance scores, highest score in block C00), Nguyen Xuan Thanh 12A5, Nguyen Ba Dan 12A8, Nguyen Dinh Huy 12A8, Vu Hong Anh 12A11, Pho Dinh Tuan Phong 12A7, Nguyen Thi Thu Ha 12A10, Nguyen Thi Bao Han 12A2, Ngo Thi Hoai Thuong 12A5, Trinh Quoc An, Tran Duy Manh 12A2.
In the cluster-level Olympic competition for grades 10 and 11, the school won 30 prizes of all kinds. Students Nguyen Nhat Anh and Nguyen Xuan Phu of class 12A11 participated in the Science and Technology competition and won third prize at the cluster level. At the same time, many students won prizes in the Phu Dong Sports Festival at the district level and the cluster-level sports competition.
Attention is paid to political and ideological education for youth union members, and attention is paid to developing party members among students; in the 2024-2025 school year, the school Party Cell recruited 4 student party members.
At the end of the school year, 100% of teachers, staff and employees in the school achieved the title of Advanced Laborer; 22 teachers were proposed by the Department to be awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots and city levels, certificates of merit from the City Chairman, certificates of merit from the Ministry of Education and Training ; 13 teachers achieved the title of Excellent Teacher at the school level, 15 teachers were awarded for their achievements in training the excellent student competition teams at the city and cluster levels...
In scientific research, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa - Head of the professional group, Geography teacher received a certificate of merit at the cluster level for his achievements in guiding students in the cluster-level Science and Technology competition. There were 27 initiatives recognized at the industry level, and 64 E-Learning lectures were created to be uploaded to the school's electronic library.
The school proposed the City to award the title of Excellent Labor Collective. 100% of the groups achieved the title of Advanced Labor Group at the school level; the Chemistry - Biology - National Economics Group, the Literature, History, and Civic Education Group were proposed to award the title of Advanced Labor Group at the industry level.
Teacher Nguyen Thi Thu Huong who teaches English and teacher Trung Thi Thao who teaches Math won second prize in the cluster-level excellent teacher competition. Many teachers have had many achievements in their work as homeroom teachers, in professional work and in movements...
With the efforts of the school's teachers and students; the trust and support of parents; the direction and facilitation of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, the former leaders of Hoai Duc district and the current leaders of Son Dong commune, Hoai Duc C High School has been recognized by the external assessment team of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training for its level 3 educational quality assessment and is continuing to improve the criteria for the school to meet national standards level 2.

The 2025-2026 school year has the theme "Discipline - Creativity - Breakthrough - Development"; along with the movement "Schools join hands to develop, teachers share responsibility"; the movement "Building happy schools" is the school year to continue implementing the 2018 General Education Program, and is also the school year to continue promoting the effective implementation of the campaigns and emulation movements of the Industry.
With that spirit in mind, teachers and students of Hoai Duc C High School will continue to carry out the following key tasks well:
Innovate and improve the effectiveness of management work; be proactive and flexible in implementing the program; strongly innovate teaching and learning methods, forms of testing and assessment; focus on training and improving the qualifications of staff; focus on building a school model associated with practice... to aim at one goal: Improve the quality of comprehensive education for students, helping them have enough knowledge, health, life skills and confidence to continue on the path of study and in life.
To achieve the above goal, it requires all teachers and staff of the school to have high solidarity and unanimity; each person must promote a sense of responsibility, be proactive and positive in studying, fostering and improving political and ideological qualifications; professional expertise; each teacher must truly be an exemplary role model for students to follow.
For students, especially the newly enrolled grade 10 students, they are ready to enter the new school year with specific study plans, ambitions, and noble ideals. They need to overcome the initial difficulties in changing the way of teaching and learning as well as changing the form of testing and examination.
