Visiting and wishing a happy new year to Dien Bien Airport and Dien Bien Power Company, comrade Pham Duc Toan acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the officers, employees and workers of the two units in performing their duties in the past year. Comrade Pham Duc Toan visited and wished a happy new year to the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Chai, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee in Him Lam ward; wounded soldier Nguyen Thanh Mai , wounded soldier Nguyen Khac Dung , former Dien Bien soldiers Hua Van Dich, Hoang Van Nhien, all residing in Nam Thanh ward; wounded soldier Dinh Xuan Chien; former Dien Bien soldiers Bui Van Tinh and wounded soldier Nguyen Xuan Truong, all residing in Muong Thanh ward. Comrade Pham Duc Toan kindly asked about the health and wished the wounded soldiers, former Dien Bien soldiers and their families a prosperous new year . He hoped that the families would continue to promote the revolutionary tradition and the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers , and together with the local Party Committee and government, successfully carry out all assigned political tasks, and build a rich and beautiful homeland of Dien Bien.
