Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Xuan Liem requested the officers and soldiers of the division to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity, determination to overcome all difficulties and challenges; constantly improve the quality of training, combat readiness to create a strong change, build a "revolutionary, disciplined, elite, gradually modern" division, ready to excellently complete all tasks.
During the upcoming Lunar New Year, he requested the division to proactively deploy a combat readiness plan; at the same time, actively coordinate with local forces to proactively grasp the situation, promptly and sensitively handle arising situations, avoid being passive and surprised; maintain political security and order in the area, creating favorable conditions for production and people to welcome spring and enjoy Tet safely and economically.
