Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long advises Hai Phong students before graduation exam day

TPO - At the inspection of preparations for the 2025 high school graduation exam in Hai Phong City, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long advised candidates to eat well at home and take plenty of rest to ensure the best health and spirit for the exam days.

On the afternoon of June 25, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long and leaders of ministries and branches inspected preparations for the high school graduation exam in Hai Phong city.

The working delegation inspected and surveyed the exam site at Hong Bang High School, Hong Bang District (Hai Phong City).

At the Hong Bang High School exam site, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long kindly asked about the students who were attentively listening to the regulations and instructions on exam procedures.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long and the working delegation inspected and supervised the preparation work at the examination site of Hong Bang High School, Hai Phong City on the afternoon of June 25.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long advised the students that after completing the registration procedures and disseminating the exam regulations, they can review their knowledge at home. They need to eat well and take plenty of rest to ensure the best health and spirit for the exam days.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long wished candidates to stay calm, be confident, and try to do the exam correctly with the knowledge they have learned, reviewed, and practiced to achieve the highest quality and results.

The teachers, police , health workers, etc. will ensure that the exam is held safely and successfully. In addition, the youth union members and other forces will support and provide the best possible conditions.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long interacted, talked and gave instructions to students at the exam site of Hong Bang High School.

During the working session, receiving the delegation of Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long for inspection and supervision, Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong - Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee reported on the preparations for the high school graduation exam in Hai Phong City.

Accordingly, the entire city established 49 examination sites, 1,240 official examination rooms, with a total of more than 29,200 registered candidates. The city mobilized 3,800 officials, civil servants, and public employees to participate in the organization work and 400 officials, civil servants, and public employees to grade the exams.

To ensure the exam goes smoothly, the Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong City has coordinated with districts and schools to organize training on exam regulations for staff related to the exam.

At the same time, organize training on the exam regulations of the 2025 high school graduation exam for leaders of the Department of Education and Training, Heads of exam sites, Principals and Vice Principals of schools where the exam sites are located.

Regarding the plan for transporting and handing over exam papers from the printing point to the exam location, the Examination Council established 5 groups, consisting of police force, supervisors and members.

During transportation, the exam papers are kept in a sealed box. The delivery and receipt of the exam papers are recorded under the supervision and witness of the police and inspectors.

Regarding the plan for preserving exam papers and papers, each testing site will arrange a separate room, where exam papers and papers will be kept in separate, sealed cabinets. In the room, there will be cameras installed to monitor all items containing exam papers and papers.
