By the end of this year, a series of direct flights from major Russian cities will begin taking off to Phu Quoc. This move is expected to boost the number of Russian tourists during the winter of 2025-2026 and further consolidate the position of the pearl island on the international tourism map.

It is expected that, in addition to the existing routes from Moscow and Krasnoyarsk, a series of charter flights from six other cities including Samara, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Kazan, Novokuznetsk and Novosibirsk will come into operation from November 2025.
