Phu Tho has 48 martyrs re-issued with the "Fatherland's Gratitude" Certificate

At the request of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs in Document No. 48/TTr-BLDTBXH dated August 5, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang signed a decision to re-issue the "Fatherland's Gratitude" Certificate to 937 martyrs who sacrificed their lives in previous revolutionary periods. Of which, Phu Tho has 48 martyrs.

The “Fatherland’s Gratitude” Certificate is a certificate of meritorious service of martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the resistance war, and are considered eligible and granted by the State. The “Fatherland’s Gratitude” Certificate is not only a certificate of martyrs’ contributions to the process of building and defending the Fatherland in both wartime and peacetime, but also a certificate of eligibility for the martyrs’ relatives.

Pursuant to Article 24 of Decree 131/2021/ND-CP, cases in which citizens are re-issued "Fatherland's Gratitude" Certificates include the following cases: "Fatherland's Gratitude" Certificates are lost; "Fatherland's Gratitude" Certificates are missing information due to blurred text; "Fatherland's Gratitude" Certificates are damaged.
