
According to the People's Committee of Ngoc Ha Ward, in general, the atmosphere and public opinion on the occasion of National Day in the ward were positive, excited, and highly unanimous among the people. The service work for activities as well as the political security situation, order, and social safety were ensured throughout the celebration.
Ngoc Ha Ward People's Committee organized emergency duty, arranged medical staff, medicine, medical supplies... at 5 medical support points and 1 ambulance team, mobilized 100% of medical staff and workers to be ready to provide first aid on the spot for crowded places on the streets where parades and marches passed. During the celebration, the medical station provided emergency support for 75 cases.
The Ward People's Committee arranged seats for people at LED screen installation points and priority areas with more than 300 people in the rehearsal and official sessions for meritorious people, veterans, the elderly and children; organized 3 trips of vehicles to support veterans traveling during the celebration, assigned forces to be on duty and ready to support delegates in priority areas.
The ward proactively ensured logistics, served more than 1,000 main meals and snacks for the service forces, ensured security and order during the training days, preliminary rehearsal, general rehearsal and celebration; and gave hundreds of snacks to people participating in these activities.

The Ward People's Committee organized the installation of a sign to celebrate the "Completion of the Quan Ngua Sports Palace Complex" and was recognized by the City People's Committee as a city-level commemorative project.
Implementing the Government's Resolution on spending from the budget to give Independence Day gifts of 100,000 VND to each citizen, the Ward People's Committee mobilized 100% of the ward's cadres and civil servants to work throughout the holiday to promptly pay to the people on time as prescribed.
The ward has arranged a gathering point for vehicles and human resources to serve the parade; directed units to collect garbage; increased propaganda to remind people to maintain public hygiene...
During the celebration, the Ward Police and Military Command mobilized 100% of the unit's military force and arranged forces at 76 patrol positions in the ward; conducted inspections and checks to ensure security, fire prevention and fighting in the area and on the parade routes. During the celebration, the Ward Police supported 15 cases of lost children and 5 cases of citizens who lost their documents.
