Jannik Sinner struggled a bit in his match against Felix Auger-Aliassime but still won thanks to his strong character. An excellent forehand and serve helped the 25th seed Auger-Aliassime break Sinner's impressive defense. The Italian then played explosively again in the third and fourth sets to win the right to the final.
