On the evening of February 27, a leader of the Department of Education and Training of Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province, said that he had just reported to the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City about parents' complaints that a teacher beat and abused many students, causing a stir on social networks.

According to the report, the Department of Education and Training of Buon Ma Thuot City received information on social networks about teachers at Ly Tu Trong Primary School abusing many students.

After receiving the information, the City Department of Education and Training requested Ly Tu Trong Primary School to report the incident.

Through the report of Ly Tu Trong Primary School, it was found that parents reported that Ms. BTTX (homeroom teacher of class 5D) used a broken wire cover to hit students, used a blackboard eraser to threaten students, and asked students to prepare a crumpled piece of paper and put it in their mouths when they spoke, which was correct. The remaining contents that parents reported had no basis for determination.

After verifying the incident, Ly Trong Primary School temporarily suspended Ms. X's teaching and work as homeroom teacher of class 5D. At the same time, the school assigned another teacher to replace the homeroom teacher and teach the class according to the school's plan until the end of the school year.
