In recent years, the Association has continuously achieved high achievements such as: First prize in the 2023 Competition for Excellent Women Cadres of Military Region 9; First prize in the "Healthy Family - No Smoking" Communication Initiative Competition organized by the Vietnam Women's Union in 2024; First prize in the Competition "Wrapping and Cooking Banh Tet, Banh Chung, and Displaying Five-Fruit Trays on Tet" at the Military-Civilian Tet in 2025.

Behind those results is the enthusiasm of the members, including the important contribution of Major Huynh Ngoc Ha, an employee of the Cultural House of the Military Command of Can Tho City, and President of the Women's Union of the Military Command of the City. In the role of Captain of the Cultural House Film Projection Team, Ms. Ha actively participates in propaganda, building programs and scripts for cultural, artistic, sports and competition activities of the Military Command of the City and the Military Region; at the same time, she is an announcer for the unit's radio programs. The professional process helps her come up with many initiatives and ideas for the association's work. With a sense of responsibility, she always strives to "inspire" the cadres and members, contributing to creating a vibrant and effective movement.

As the President of the Women's Union, she proactively advised the Party Committee and commanded the organization of practical activities such as: Celebrating International Women's Day (March 8), International Children's Day (June 1), Mid-Autumn Festival... At the same time, she and the Executive Committee of the Union built many models to support the economic situation of members' families such as: "Savings to help poor women and children have addresses", "Revolving capital contribution", "Savings piggy bank", "Women's bookcase", "Youth and women's vegetable garden"; established clubs such as: "Women's military sports", "Women's military martial arts", "Lullaby, folk song singing"... These activities were actively responded to by members and brought about clear results.

Not only responsible in her work, Ms. Ha is also a woman who is meticulous in her role as a wife and mother. She shared: "I am lucky to have a husband who always understands, encourages, and is a support for me to feel secure in my work."

Her husband is a colleague in the unit, so he understands his wife's hardships and is always willing to share the housework and take care of the children whenever possible. Their two children are a great source of pride. The eldest daughter is currently in grade 11 at Ly Tu Trong High School for the Gifted ( Can Tho City), an excellent student for 10 consecutive years; in the 2024-2025 school year, she won first prize in the city-level History competition and is a member of the national team. The youngest son is in grade 2, although young, he has already formed the habit of self-discipline in studying.

Talking about the successes she has achieved, Ms. Huynh Ngoc Ha modestly said that it is all thanks to the sharing and companionship of her husband who always cares and supports her in both work and family life. Thanks to that, over the years, they have always completed their assigned tasks well, maintained a happy family, and become a beautiful model of a soldier in peacetime, responsible for work, devoted to the movement, and devoted to the family.
