Training to improve management capacity and business start-up

On October 19, the Department of Industry and Trade organized a training conference to improve management capacity and business start-up for rural enterprises and industrial establishments.

More than 150 trainees representing enterprises, cooperatives, establishments, business households, industrial and handicraft production; union members, youth; members of Women's Union, Farmers' Association of districts and cities in the province participated in the training conference.

In this training course, students listened to Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Van Hai, Director of the Institute of Business Administration, Hanoi University of Finance and Banking, impart knowledge such as: Business awareness; business planning; finding startup capital, business management in the startup phase... The conference also devoted time for students to directly share, discuss in groups, practice exercises, handle common situations in the process of starting a business and managing the business they are operating.

According to statistics, in the province there are currently more than 6,000 enterprises operating in many different fields and industries.

Enterprises are increasingly asserting their position and making great contributions to the overall development of the province. However, there are still enterprises, organizations, and business households that are not operating effectively, due to lack of management knowledge and development strategies in each stage.

Therefore, the training conference supports the improvement of management capacity, equips with additional knowledge about business and entrepreneurship, creates conditions for individuals, outstanding young people who want to start a business, potential businesses, owners of production and business establishments to change their management and leadership methods, proactively evaluate the market and customers, thereby improving their operational efficiency and competitiveness.
