Establish and rename 26 grassroots youth organizations under the Provincial Youth Union

After implementing the policy of merging the provinces, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dak Lak province received 88 grassroots organizations (TCCS) of affiliated unions. Of which, there were 56 grassroots youth union branches and 32 grassroots unions, with a total of 11,333 union members.

Based on documents on the merger and consolidation of agencies and units in Dak Lak province after the province's merger; Decision on receiving the Provincial Youth Union's TCCS and the actual situation, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee established 16 TCCS on the basis of merging and consolidating union bases in the merged and consolidated agencies and units; renamed 10 TCCS unions according to the name of the new agency or unit and kept the name and level of the remaining TCCS unions.

Specifically, the newly established Youth Unions include: Dak Lak Department of Industry and Trade Youth Union; Dak Lak Newspaper, Radio and Television Youth Union; Dak Lak Department of Construction Youth Union; Dak Lak Department of Finance Youth Union; Dak Lak Department of Science and Technology Youth Union; Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union Youth Union; Dak Lak Department of Justice Youth Union; Dak Lak Provincial People's Court Youth Union; Dak Lak Provincial People's Procuracy Youth Union; Dak Lak Department of Home Affairs Youth Union; Dak Lak Provincial Post Office Youth Union; Dak Lak Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Youth Union; Dak Lak Department of Agriculture and Environment Youth Union; Dak Lak Electricity Company Youth Union; Dak Lak Department of Health Youth Union; Dak Lak Tax Youth Union.

Youth union members and grassroots union organizations participate in experiential activities.

The renamed Youth Unions include: Youth Union branches of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Party Building Committees; Youth Union branches of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation; Youth Union branches of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Office; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phu Yen General Hospital; Youth Union branches of Phu Yen Traditional Medicine Hospital; Youth Union branches of Dak Lak Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital; Youth Union branches of the Project Management and Construction Board of the Eastern Region of Dak Lak Province; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phu Yen Vocational Education Center - Continuing Education; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Phu Yen Ethnic Boarding High School; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dak Lak Provincial Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital.

The establishment and arrangement of the Youth Union organization corresponds to the arrangement of the Party organization, agencies, units and is suitable to the actual situation of the Youth Union organization. At the same time, it is an important step to rearrange the Youth Union organizations before handing them over to the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Provincial Party agencies and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee in the coming time; in order to reduce the number of units directly under the Provincial Youth Union, streamline the apparatus, increase the effectiveness of coordination and support for grassroots youth union activities.
