Through the sales channel, I have expanded the market for 2 products including: commercial bamboo rats and breeding bamboo rats. I also connected with many young people with the same interests to exchange, learn experiences and link into a chain.
Not only Mr. Thuong, the model of digital youth entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector is spreading throughout the province's rural areas. Thai Nguyen is on the way to becoming a dynamic digital transformation center of the Northern Midlands and Mountains region, with youth as the core force. Therefore, Thai Nguyen Provincial Youth Union has implemented many programs to help youth proactively and practically access and master technology, not just stop at propaganda.
One of the outstanding activities is that the Provincial Youth Union coordinates with departments, branches and sectors to organize digital transformation training programs from basic to advanced for grassroots union officials and rural youth, associated with practicing the use of digital platforms to serve production, business and public services; organize digital transformation activities, creative youth festivals, creative startup competitions... for rural youth union members.
In particular, the Provincial Youth Union has launched the "Digital Literacy for All" movement with the goal of popularizing digital knowledge and skills for people in the spirit of "no one is left behind" in the digital transformation process.
The "Youth Volunteers for Digital Transformation" teams established in many communes and wards have directly guided people in installing and using online public services and making cashless payments.
The youth also supports people in registering for VNeID electronic identification, performing administrative procedures at levels 3 and 4, helping people save time and money.
Some localities have recognized the active contributions of union members in digitizing records and updating population data for local authorities. This affirms that young people are the core force in the digital transformation process in rural areas.
Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien, Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Youth Union, said: To ensure that young people use technology safely, the Provincial Youth Union integrates cyberspace safety training, learning about the Law on Cyber Security and the Code of Conduct on the Internet through online competitions, youth union activities, as well as coordinating with units to organize playgrounds to learn about digital law for union members and students.
