The leadership, direction and organization of the emulation movement have many innovations in both content and form, practicality and effectiveness. The work of discovering, fostering and replicating advanced models has been directed with attention and clear changes. The emulation movement closely follows the political tasks of the locality, is implemented with attention by agencies and units and has received the support and response of all classes of people.

Coming from a farming family with many economic difficulties, Mr. Danh Em - a member of the Farmers' Association of Van Thanh Hamlet always tries to improve. For many years, he has been recognized as a good farmer and businessman at all levels. He actively participates in training on basic knowledge on applying scientific and technical advances, orienting commodity production towards improving product quality. Mr. Danh Em said: "I boldly put the model "3 reductions, 3 increases" and the model "1 must, 5 reductions" into practice on an area of more than 7 hectares of my family and 3 hectares of rented land. Specifically, I apply technology, science and apply agricultural industrialization to production according to advanced rice intensive farming processes. At the same time, combined with the method of integrated pest management (IPM), minimizing input materials, increasing product quality. In recent years, my family has not only overcome difficulties but also had a stable life, taking care of my children's education."

In 2007, his family earned a profit of 100 million VND, now reaching more than 1.5 billion VND/year. Mr. Danh Em is always willing to share techniques and experiences to help farmers improve appropriate rice production processes, apply fertilizers and pesticides to the fields in the most economical way, helping to reduce product costs and increase profits. Every year, Mr. Danh Em helps 5-7 farming households gain knowledge to do business more economically, contributing to poverty reduction in the locality.

Hon Dat commune synchronously implemented emulation movements launched by the Central Government and the Prime Minister such as: "Joining hands to build new rural areas", "For the poor - No one is left behind", "Promoting digital transformation"..., closely linked with the task of local development. The commune achieved many outstanding achievements, typically: Building 67 solidarity houses, with a cost of more than 3.4 billion VND; eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for 97 households, with a total cost of more than 5.8 billion VND; social security was ensured; the rate of poor households decreased sustainably.

The locality continues to effectively and practically promote emulation movements launched by the province, in the context of streamlined administrative organization, implementing the 2-level local government model. The commune directly coordinates with provincial departments and branches in directing and implementing tasks, creating a foundation for stable socio-economic development; trade and tourism have many improvements; agricultural, forestry and fishery production continues to receive attention. Along with that, the emulation movements "Skilled mass mobilization", "All people protect national security", "Teach well - study well", "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" ... continue to be maintained, spreading widely among cadres, party members and people.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hon Dat Commune Pham Thu Thuy said: "In the work of propaganda and building advanced models, the commune focuses on strengthening communication of movements through the loudspeaker system, social networks, party cell activities... Thanks to that, many bright examples and good models from the grassroots have been discovered, nurtured and replicated, creating positive effects in the community. The commendation work is carried out promptly, publicly and transparently, in which priority is given to direct workers and good people and good deeds. In the period of 2025 - 2030, emulation and commendation work continues to be identified as a key and regular task, an important driving force to promote the successful implementation of the goals of socio-economic development, national defense, security and building a strong political system of the commune".
