Quang Yen City Party Committee: Announcing the decision to establish Party agencies

On the morning of February 3, Quang Yen Town Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Party Committee of the Town Party Agencies; the Party Committee of the Town People's Committee; and to merge the Propaganda Department and the Mass Mobilization Department of the Town Party Committee.

At the conference, Comrade Cao Ngoc Tuan, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Town Party Committee, presented the decision of the Town Party Committee Executive Committee on the establishment of the Town Party Committee of Party Agencies directly under the Quang Yen Town Party Committee, on the basis of merging Party organizations, including: Party Committee of Town Party Agencies; Party Cell of Mass Mobilization; Party Cell of the People's Procuracy; Party Cell of the People's Court and Party members of the Town People's Council Standing Committee. The Quang Yen Town Party Committee of Party Agencies consists of 8 subordinate Party cells, with 90 Party members. Comrade Do Xuan Diep, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Town Party Committee of Party Agencies, from February 3, 2025.

Comrade Secretary of Quang Yen Town Party Committee presented the Decision on the establishment of the Town Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.

The Secretary of the Town Party Committee also presented the decision to establish the Quang Yen Town People's Committee Party Committee, directly under the Quang Yen Town Party Committee on the basis of rearranging 22 Party cells under the Party Committee of the Town Government Agencies, including Party organizations in specialized agencies and public service units under the Town People's Committee. Thus, after merging specialized agencies and public service units, the Quang Yen Town People's Committee Party Committee consists of 22 Party cells with 225 Party members. Comrade Tran Duc Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the Town People's Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Town People's Committee Party Committee, from February 3, 2025.

The Secretary of the Town Party Committee presented the Decision to establish the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Quang Yen town from February 3, 2025.

Also at the conference, Comrade Cao Ngoc Tuan, Secretary of the Town Party Committee, presented the decisions to establish the Town Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, based on the merger of the Town Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and the Town Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; and the decision on the assignment of the Head of the Quang Yen Town Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee. Comrade Le Thi Hay, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, and Director of the Town Political Center, holds the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and Director of the Town Political Center, from February 3, 2025.

Comrade Cao Ngoc Tuan, Secretary of the Town Party Committee, presented the decision to establish the Party Committee of the Town Party Agencies.

Speaking at the ceremony to assign new tasks to the Secretaries of the Party Committees under the Party Committees and the newly established agencies, Comrade Cao Ngoc Tuan, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Town Party Committee, emphasized: The establishment of the Party Committees of the Town Party Committees; the Town People's Committee Party Committee and the establishment of the Town Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee are great efforts of the Town Party Committee under the direction of the Central and the province, in the spirit of determination, exemplary, urgent and serious in arranging and streamlining the apparatus in the town's political system to ensure it is lean, compact, strong, effective, efficient and effective.

The Secretary of the Town Party Committee requested that newly established Party Committees and agencies urgently develop flexible and appropriate working regulations to bring about the highest efficiency; review, supplement and amend working regulations to ensure full implementation of new functions and tasks. At the same time, strictly implement principles and regulations in arranging the apparatus and cadres; maintain political stability, discipline and order of the Party; improve capacity and efficiency of operations after establishment, ensure all normal operations of Party organizations, agencies and affiliated units; urgently prepare good conditions to well organize the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 22nd Town Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term in accordance with the Party's regulations.
