On the morning of July 16, the Sa Pa Town Exercise Steering Committee organized a combat exercise in the defense area of ​​Muong Hoa commune in 2024.

The commune exercise includes 3 phases: Moving armed forces into combat readiness states; moving local activities into defense states and conditions; organizing defensive combat preparations and practicing defensive combat.
