Revoking licenses of 3 companies sending workers to work abroad

Specifically, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issued Decisions No. 852, 853, 855/QD-LDTBXH revoking the licenses for services of sending workers to work abroad under contracts for three enterprises including Dong Do International Training Company Limited; Vinaconex Saigon Joint Stock Company; and Hoang Gia Long International Joint Stock Company.

According to the conclusion of the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the reason for revoking the licenses of these three enterprises is because they did not ensure the conditions on deposit money, number of professional staff, facilities and electronic information pages according to the provisions of the Law on Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad under Contract.

To ensure the rights of workers, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs requires the above companies, after ceasing operations, to continue to be responsible for fulfilling obligations in labor supply contracts and contracts sending workers to work abroad that are still in effect.

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs also informed relevant agencies to coordinate in state management of Vietnamese workers working abroad under contracts.
