In the past time, the Party Committee of the Military Medical Academy has led, directed, thoroughly grasped, and seriously implemented the directives and instructions of the Central Military Commission, the General Department of Politics , and the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission on congresses at all levels in the Party Committee of the Army; concretized and issued documents on leadership, direction, and guidance for implementation to ensure synchronization and unity within the Party Committee.

At the conference, leaders of the Military Medical Academy reported on the preparations for the congress, focusing on reporting on draft congress documents, personnel orientation and congress organization plan.

Delegates discussed and evaluated the documents submitted to the congress, especially the political report, which was prepared with appropriate capacity and tight structure. The personnel plan was carefully prepared, following the correct procedures; the personnel to elect the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, and Chairman of the Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term ensured standards and quantity. The plan to organize the Party Congress specifically identified tasks, time, and assigned executive and support departments. Delegates also contributed some contents in the documents, personnel preparation work and activities to ensure and serve the Party Congress of the Military Medical Academy.

Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparations for the Party Congress of the Military Medical Academy for the 2025-2030 term. The Party Committee of the Academy has thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the directives, conclusions and instructions of superiors, led and directed the subordinate Party Committees to do a good job of preparing and successfully organizing the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; at the same time, proactively directed all aspects of the preparations for the Party Congress of the Academy to ensure thoroughness, seriousness and strictness.

To continue to perfect the preparation work and successfully organize the congress, Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien requested the Party Committee of the Military Medical Academy to continue to thoroughly grasp the leadership, direction and guidance documents of the Central Committee, the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission and the General Department of Politics; assign comrades in the Party Committee and functional agencies to review and complete all preparatory work, especially new and developing issues. In particular, focus on preparing draft documents well, directing the review and receiving comments from functional agencies, specifying them into the tasks and leadership solutions of the Party Committee, supplementing and completing the draft Political Report on breakthroughs and development directions to be presented to the congress.

The Party Committee of the Military Medical Academy continues to supplement and complete the review report, build the regulations, working program of the congress and documents serving the congress strictly, scientifically , in accordance with regulations. Proactively do a good job of ensuring all aspects so that the congress can proceed as planned, safely, economically, and successfully.

Strengthening propaganda activities, emulating and achieving achievements to welcome the Academy Party Congress; doing well the ideological work, enhancing the responsibility of delegates attending the congress in contributing opinions to the documents of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission and the Academy Party Committee submitted to the congress; in electing the Academy Party Executive Committee for the new term and electing delegates to attend the 12th Army Party Congress.
