On August 12, at TTC World Valley of Love (Lam Vien ward, Lam Dong province), Lam Dong Kitchen Association coordinated with Vietnam Kitchen Association to organize the 1st Vietnam Talent Chef Competition - 2025.

With the theme: "Flavors of the Highlands and the Sea", the competition attracted nearly 150 top Vietnamese chefs to compete.

This is an activity to search for culinary talents, contribute to raising the value of Vietnamese cuisine , and create career events for chefs nationwide and internationally.

In addition, the contest is organized with the goal of building a menu combined with local specialties, developing street food, party cuisine, delicious dishes of restaurants, hotels, tourist attractions, eateries...

Mr. Nguyen Huu Huong - Chairman of Lam Dong Kitchen Association said: "This is also an opportunity to connect and promote Lam Dong agricultural products "The place of miracles from the good land" and other regions of the country. At the same time, create and apply delicious and unique dishes, contributing to the development of the night tourism economy of the new Lam Dong Province tourism industry.

The event will connect exchanges and promote cuisine in Lam Dong, towards the goal of building Da Lat, Phan Thiet, Gia Nghia as smart tourist destinations, developing culinary tourism by using vegetables, medicinal plants, seafood into macrobiotic dishes, connecting agricultural products from farm to table.

BTC awards prizes to groups and individuals

With 48 teams and nearly 150 contestants from 25 provinces and cities across the country participating, the chefs, with their creativity, introduced to the organizers and the public at the event 144 extremely unique dishes.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to groups and individuals with excellent performances in the contest.

The contest will be maintained and held regularly every two years.
