The Prime Minister has just signed an official dispatch on preparations for organizing inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies for large-scale and meaningful projects and works to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The dispatch stated: To summarize the 5-year journey (2021 - 2025) of implementing the strategic breakthrough in developing synchronous and modern infrastructure according to the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, affirming the socio-economic achievements that have been achieved and creating new momentum and motivation for the next development stage, marking an important political milestone of the country, welcoming the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Government continues to organize online inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies for major projects and works across the country (directly combined with online to all projects and works in all localities).

The event will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, to commemorate the 79th anniversary of the National Resistance Day (December 19, 1946 - December 19, 2025) and welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party for the 2025 - 2030 term.

To ensure thorough, quality and successful preparation for this important event, the Prime Minister requests: Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, chairmen of member boards, general directors of corporations and general companies to urgently direct agencies, units, investors, project management boards, contractors... to concentrate all resources, make efforts to accelerate and further advance the construction progress of projects and works of the sector, agencies, affiliated units and localities in charge; Call on all cadres, civil servants, workers of ministries, branches, localities, investors, contractors, consulting units, workers at construction sites to promote the spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain, not losing to storms", working "3 shifts, 4 shifts", "eating quickly, sleeping urgently", "working day, working at night, working extra on holidays", "working through holidays, Tet holidays"... to quickly put projects into operation, ensuring quality.

At the same time, for projects and works with plans to inaugurate and start construction, it is necessary to urgently complete legal procedures and documents to fully meet the conditions according to regulations.

Each ministry, sector, locality, corporation, general company, private enterprise, and foreign direct investment enterprise strives to have at least two projects and works eligible for inauguration or commencement...
