According to the Department of Education and Training, candidates admitted to specialized schools, integrated classes and direct admission will submit their admission applications from June 25 to before 4 p.m. on June 29. During this time, if candidates do not submit their admission applications, the school will remove their names from the admission list.

How to calculate entrance scores for grade 10 schools, specialized and integrated classes as follows:

The admission score for the 10th grade is the sum of the scores of four exams: Literature, Math, Foreign Language and the specialized subject. In which, the specialized subject score is multiplied by a factor of two.

The integrated grade 10 admission score is the sum of the scores of four exams: Literature, Math, Foreign Language and the integrated subject. In which, the integrated subject score is multiplied by a factor of two.

The admission score for non-specialized grade 10 at Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted, Tran Dai Nghia is the total score of 3 exams: Literature, Math, Foreign Language.

Candidates taking the 10th grade entrance exam in 2023 will calculate their scores and compare them with the standard score table just announced by the Department.

On July 10, the department will announce the admission benchmark scores and the list of candidates admitted to regular grade 10 of public schools.

For candidates who request to have their exam papers reviewed, the Department will announce the results of the exam review on June 30. For candidates who are admitted after receiving the results of the review, they will submit their application for admission to specialized schools and integrated classes on July 5.

The HCM City Department of Education and Training added that candidates who do not meet the admission standards for grade 10 schools, specialized classes and integrated grade 10 will continue to be considered for 3 wishes to enter regular grade 10.

The benchmark scores and list of admitted grade 10 students will usually be announced by the Department on July 10.

For candidates who have been admitted to grade 10 of the school, specialized classes and integrated grade 10 but have not submitted their admission application, the Department will also consider 3 more applications for regular grade 10 for these candidates.
