Ho Chi Minh City: High-rise building fire, 6 people rescued safely

At around 4:22 p.m. on September 25, a fire broke out at a 1-ground floor, 1-mezzanine, and 5-story house at 60/2A Ly Chinh Thang (Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), trapping many people inside.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police dispatched Fire Prevention and Rescue Team of Area 3 with 4 fire trucks and 17 officers and soldiers to the scene to carry out fire fighting and rescue work.

By 4:27 p.m. the same day, the fire brigade had controlled and extinguished the fire. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

The cause of the fire and damage are being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
