People's Artist Kim Xuan sends advice to juniors
Returning as a judge, People's Artist Kim Xuan expressed her joy that more and more programs are creating opportunities for young people to show their acting skills. However, the artist also emphasized: "Having many opportunities does not mean you are allowed to rely on them."
In addition, the U.70 actress also shared her concerns about her career. People's Artist Kim Xuan confided: "No matter what job, pursuing your passion is a happy thing. But to be truly happy, you have to work with all your heart. Whether it's music, drama, cải lương, cinema or television... you need to be serious about your career. Use your youth to make your work always fresh and better. Please don't consider work as play and allow yourself to be easygoing."

As a director associated with many blockbuster films, Meritorious Artist Duc Thinh said that currently, Vietnamese cinema produces about 40-50 films each year, so there is a great need for new actors to avoid repetition of faces. He affirmed: " Conquering Passion is truly a place to help producers and theater workers find new elements."
Duc Thinh also emphasized that nowadays, it is very easy for many people to build personal channels and record acting clips on social networks. But to become a professional actor, to participate in the real artistic life in the country or to go further is not simple. "There are many famous people on social networks, but when they step onto the professional path, they have to put in 100% to 200% effort. Recording clips is just the beginning, and true success requires a long journey of learning and cultivating...", he stated his opinion.
Besides talent, the male director believes that the core of the profession is the ability to observe and feel life. He advised: “Read a lot, watch a lot, observe a lot and let your emotions speak. Observation will help the acting content have more depth, easier to reach the audience than just following trends. Trends are only temporary, it is difficult to help you go far.”
