North Korea's failed spy satellite launch, what did leader Kim Jong-un's sister say?
"I am deeply dissatisfied that the UN Security Council repeatedly calls for discussion on the exercise of the DPRK's rights as a sovereign state, at the request of the US," Ms. Kim said in a statement published by the KCNA news agency. According to her, this is an act of interference in the internal affairs and a violation of the sovereignty of the DPRK. Ms. Kim said that Pyongyang has the right to defend itself against threats from the US and its allies.
