According to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Da, after receiving the feedback, the Department of Education and Training established a working group to verify and clarify. The Department worked with the People's Committee of Ea Drang commune, asking the school to explain.

According to the report, in the 2023-2024 school year, this school was selected as a pilot to replicate the STEM model of teaching and learning, so it has a yellow shirt.

In the 2024-2025 school year, the school will implement sewing uniforms with black pants and orange shirts, with the school logo.

At the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year, Ly Tu Trong Primary School planned to make new uniforms for students, black pants, blue shirts - with the school logo. This met with many mixed opinions, parents reacted, and the press reported. After that, the school decided to stop, not making uniforms for the 2025-2026 school year as planned.

Mr. Da added that before the new school year, the Department of Education has issued many documents guiding the implementation of tasks for the school year. These include content related to food hygiene and safety for boarding schools, especially preschools. The Department requires schools to ensure the safety of students and put safety first.

Regarding the content of issuing instructions on implementing the collection of the beginning of the year, Mr. Da said that because this school year has many new points, the Department is building a draft. Currently, it is collecting opinions from the government and some related units to complete and soon issue.

Mr. Truong Cong Thai - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Education and Training to report clearly in writing to handle the right person, the right job, to remind other schools in the province.

Regarding the collection fee at the beginning of the school year, Mr. Truong Cong Thai emphasized that there must be no overcharging. Any school that does wrong will be responsible before the Provincial People's Committee as well as before the law.

The provincial People's Committee leader emphasized that the Department of Education and Training will soon have specific instructions. Schools should base on the collection regulations. Mr. Thai continued to ask reporters to take note and report if schools do not comply with regulations.
