Commander of Military Region 5 inspects training of new soldiers

On February 28, the Military Region 5 working delegation led by Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission, Commander of Military Region 5 inspected the training of new soldiers at BB896 Regiment, Provincial Military Command.

The working delegation inspected the new soldiers' accommodation, living quarters, model systems, teaching aids, training grounds; the work of building a regular order, Party activities, political work, logistics, technical work, and production increase.

Speaking at the conclusion of the inspection, Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc, Commander of Military Region 5, highly appreciated the training of new soldiers of BB896 Regiment. At the same time, he requested the Provincial Military Command to direct the unit to develop a plan to overcome the shortcomings pointed out by the inspection team, regularly inspect the base unit, ensure domestic water for soldiers, and pay attention to new soldiers enlisted in units outside the province. Regarding BB896 Regiment, the Commander of Military Region requested to continue to strictly maintain the combat readiness regime; maintain strict discipline, build the landscape and environment of the unit to be increasingly green, clean and beautiful, educate and raise awareness and responsibility for soldiers in performing tasks; soon complete football and volleyball fields for soldiers to practice physical training, at the same time consolidate the training grounds, practice grounds, and promote production increase work at the unit.
