When the barrier was opened to regulate cars turning left into the ticket area to cross the ferry, the group of motorbikes followed. Mr. Thang also affirmed that there was no such thing as ferry staff "creating conditions" for a group of motorbikes to drive in the opposite direction of the car to cross the ferry.
