Land Registration Office summarizes work in the first quarter of 2025

The Land Registration Office has just held a conference to review the first 3 months of 2025. Overview of the conference.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, comrade Vu The Cuong, Director of the Land Registration Office, requested the comrades attending the conference to focus on monitoring, discussing and contributing opinions on the achieved results, shortcomings, limitations, difficulties and obstacles, and proposing specific solutions to successfully complete the tasks of the second quarter of 2025, while continuing to build an increasingly stable and developing Land Registration Office system, contributing to the successful implementation of assigned political tasks.

Accordingly, the conference listened to the representative of the Land Registration Office's leadership approve the Summary Report on the results of the first quarter's work implementation, key tasks and solutions for the second quarter of 2025. Accordingly, in the first quarter of 2025, the Land Registration Office received 50 dossiers (41 dossiers of issuance, renewal, new issuance; 05 dossiers of registration of changes; 03 dossiers of registration of secured transactions; 01 dossier of deletion of registration of secured transactions). The dossiers from the previous month were transferred to 18 dossiers of issuance, renewal, new issuance. Implementation results: 62 dossiers were submitted to the competent authority for signing (54 dossiers of issuance, renewal, new issuance; 04 dossiers of registration of changes; 03 dossiers of registration of secured transactions; 01 dossier of deletion of registration of secured transactions); 06 dossiers are being completed (05 dossiers of issuance, renewal, new issuance; 01 dossier of registration of changes).

Receiving records of individual households: The files of the branches were rotated for review and submitted to the leaders of the Cao Bang Provincial Land Registration Office to sign the Land Use Right Certificates of 07 branches: Number of files received in the quarter: 157 files; Number of files checked and found ineligible: 02 files; Number of signed certificates: 155 files + 205 certificates; Number of land use right certificates signed by leaders of the branch land registration office (Cao Bang city; Hoa An; Trung Khanh city): 576 certificates. Continue to operate the "Project to strengthen land management and land database" in 06 districts and print land use right certificates according to the 2024 land law. The remaining 04 districts that have not yet built a database are being supported by the Department of Data Technology Center to enter data and print land use right certificates on VLIS software (no funding for software payment yet).

Land inventory work in 2024: Providing documents to units; conducting investigation and survey of the database of Trung Khanh district. Currently, the collection and basic investigation work has been completed and is being compiled and uploaded to TKDesktop. The work of extracting and adjusting cadastral maps: Extracting, measuring and adjusting cadastral maps of land plots to serve the issuance of certificates for households and individuals with 216 plots of land. Extracting cadastral maps: Extracting cadastral maps for households and individuals with 171 records, 582 plots of land. Checking and adjusting cadastral maps: Checking, measuring and adjusting cadastral maps for land users to serve the issuance of certificates with a total of 31 plots of land carried out by the Center for Technical Resources and Environment.

Results of the first quarter's tasks at the District and City Branch Land Registration Office: 1,866 land plots were corrected on cadastral maps; 1,526 individual households were corrected on cadastral records. 5,062 records were received and processed, including: 1,517 records of issuance, renewal and new issuance: 1,070 records: 1,070 records were newly received, 447 records were transferred from the previous period. 1,669 records of land change registration (no land use right certificates were issued): 1,466 records were newly received, 203 records were transferred from the previous period. 1,435 records were resolved and returned on time; 122 records were resolved and returned overdue; 91 records were being resolved before the due date; 21 records were being resolved overdue. Registering secured transactions: 236 files: Newly received 234 files, the number of files from the previous period was transferred to 02 files. The number of files resolved and returned on time is 226 files; the number of files resolved and returned overdue is 03 files; the number of files being processed is 04 files, the number of files being processed overdue is 03 files. Deregistering mortgages: 343 files: Newly received 337 files, the number of files from the previous period was transferred to 06 files. The number of files resolved and returned on time is 315 files; the number of files resolved and returned overdue is 19 files; the number of files not yet due and being processed is 05 files, the number of files being processed overdue is 04 files.

Land plot separation and consolidation are 186 files: 145 files have just been received, 41 files have been transferred from the previous period. The number of files that have been resolved and returned on time is 100 files; the number of files that have been resolved and returned overdue is 53 files; the number of files that are being resolved before the due date is 18 files; the number of files that are being resolved overdue is 15 files. 09 land plots have been measured (Nguyen Binh branch of the Land Registration Office). 202 land plots have been extracted (Quang Hoa branch of the Land Registration Office; Trung Khanh branch of the Land Registration Office; Bao Lam branch of the Land Registration Office did not perform). 876 cadastral information has been transferred.
