After completion, it is expected that this place will provide more than 5,550 houses for workers working in industrial parks in the area and bring comfortable accommodation to more than 20,000 residents...

As for nearby industrial parks such as Ham Kiem II (currently 17 projects registered for investment, occupancy rate reaching nearly 32%), Ham Kiem I (has invited 21 secondary projects, reaching occupancy rate of more than 65%) have more competitive advantages in attracting secondary projects.

Attending and speaking at the launching ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Hong Hai said that developing social housing is not only an economic task but also a social security policy with humane nature.

At the same time, it demonstrates the concern of the Party - State and local authorities for the lives of people, workers, laborers, and low-income people with the spirit of not leaving anyone behind. Therefore, the Provincial People's Committee acknowledges and highly appreciates the efforts and determination of the investor to accompany Lam Dong province to realize this goal.

Ms. Le Thi Diem, currently working at Right Rich Company (Ham Kiem II Industrial Park), said that for a long time, she and her colleagues have been commuting to work by bus from afar, which takes a lot of time, or they have had to rent accommodation in places with poor living conditions.

Therefore, we hope that the project will be completed soon so that people can live permanently in apartments with prices suitable for workers' incomes and can borrow capital at preferential interest rates... "There, children can study near home, play safely in the park and after work, we can go to the market to prepare dinner for the family. Such a life will help us feel secure in working and raising our children," said Ms. Diem.

With a convenient location (right next to National Highway 1A, near Dau Giay - Phan Thiet Expressway), Ham Kiem II Industrial Park and next to it is Ham Kiem I Industrial Park, which are becoming the destination of investment projects. According to forecasts, when the project is fully occupied, this area will concentrate hundreds of manufacturing and processing enterprises, creating stable jobs for tens of thousands of people and gradually forming a vibrant residential community.
