Two young engineers of PVFCCo were honored as 'Excellent Young Workers' nationwide for the 14th time.

The "Young Good Worker" Award is an annual activity organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; it is a noble award to honor and reward young workers with high skills, excellent achievements in work, and creative solutions applied in production to bring about economic and social efficiency; promote the vanguard spirit of young people and encourage young workers to actively study to improve their skills, contributing to building a high-quality young human resource to serve the cause of industrialization, modernization and international integration; at the same time, raise awareness of young people and society about vocational training and career development.

At the 14th "Young Good Workers" ceremony, there were 2 young engineers of PVFCCo working at Phu My Fertilizer Plant, Nguyen Thanh Luan - Engineer of Measurement - Automation Workshop and Lam Hoai Anh - Technology Engineer - Production Technology Department, Phu My Fertilizer Plant were honored to receive this noble award.

2 young engineers of PVFCCo were honored as 'Excellent Young Workers' nationwide for the 14th time - 1 — Mr. Lam Hoai Anh was honored as a national young worker.

Both comrades are young cadres and engineers who have had many initiatives, inventions, ideas and achieved excellent results in labor emulation movements, actively contributing to the effective and safe production activities of Phu My Fertilizer Plant and the overall development of PVFCCo.

Since 2020, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luan (Measurement - Automation Workshop Engineer) has been the author and co-author of 8 recognized initiatives to help optimize and improve equipment and automation at Phu My Fertilizer Plant.

Notable initiatives include: "Optimizing the PLC logic address area to control the Emergency Oil Pump of the Amo factory compressor" to help the pumping station operate according to logic, ensuring safety for the equipment; Adding quick bypass logic for dynamic machine protection signals"; "Creating warnings when Force signals of important PLCs in the Factory"; "Changing the way of transmitting remote setpoints from DCS to CCC controllers of the 20-K-1001 compressor" to increase reliability and reduce the risk of machine downtime due to damaged PLC hardware, saving hardware and PLC system resources.

Mr. Lam Hoai Anh (DCS VH Engineer, Auxiliary Workshop) from 2017 to present is the author and co-author of 6 initiatives recognized for bringing operational efficiency at Phu My Fertilizer Plant.

These are initiatives such as: "Operating the NH3 40-PK-5001 refrigeration compressor cluster when maintaining the EMCC2-2 busbar in BDTT2021" - a solution to help start the 40-PK-5001 refrigeration system under EMCC2-2 busbar maintenance conditions, helping to maintain the pressure of the 40-TK-5001 tank within the allowable threshold when stopping Flare maintenance, not releasing NH3 into the environment, avoiding affecting the overall maintenance progress of the factory.

Converting the PDALL-45464 signal that causes the 40-PK-5005 system to trip to an alarm" - a solution that helps the 40-PK-5005 system operate stably under normal operating conditions as well as maintain the system's operation when switching to a lower pressure cooling water source, avoiding venting NH3 to the torch.

“Using the 30-BA-3004 settling tank to contain water to supplement the river water system when there is no additional river water”; “Cleaning the water service pipeline supplying the trains with Javel solution” helps limit the growth of microorganisms inside the pipes and equipment, thereby helping to improve blockages, limiting the impact of microorganisms on plastic particles….

It can be said that outstanding examples such as Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luan and Lam Hoai Anh, who were honored at this most important commendation event of the Central Youth Union, will certainly bring inspiration to help PVFCCo's youth have more motivation to continue to be creative, enthusiastic, and strive to excellently complete assigned tasks, and from there, contribute more and more to the development of Phu My Fertilizer Plant in particular and PVFCCo in general.

It is known that in the 14th time of honoring excellent young workers, the Central Youth Union received 157 nominations from provincial, municipal and affiliated unions. The Central Youth Union established an award selection council with members who are prestigious experts and scientists in related fields and selected 54 outstanding individuals to honor and award.

Previously, through 13 times of organization, more than 824 examples of "Good Young Workers" across the country were honored.
