I. CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS OF CANDIDATE

- About training level:

+ For professional positions (credit, accounting): Requires graduation from a regular university (excluding candidates who graduated from a university transfer program), major appropriate to the position applied for (Finance and Banking, Accounting, Auditing, Economics , International Payment, Business Administration, Law,...).

+ For candidates applying to branches located in districts 30a: Minimum requirement is college degree, regular training, appropriate major (Finance and Banking, Accounting, Economics...), priority is given to candidates with permanent residence at the branch with recruitment targets; have a commitment to work long-term at the unit for at least 5 years if recruited.

+ For driver position: have good moral qualities, have a sense of discipline, meet the standards according to the State's professional regulations.

II. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS INCLUDE

1. Application form with 3x4 photo attached (Get the form at the application submission location). Candidates can register 02 wishes:

+ Option 1: Candidates choose a working location according to the list of units under the Type I Branch (District Branch) with the recruitment quota mentioned above.

+ Wish 2: Work location is assigned by the Recruitment Council of Branch Type I. In this case, the candidate must commit to working long-term at the unit for at least 5 years (if recruited).

2. CV certified by a competent state agency within no more than 06 months from the date of application submission.

3. Notarized copies of diplomas, transcripts (diploma appendix), and certificates as required for the position applied for.

4. Notarized copy of Birth Certificate; Identity Card/Citizen Identification Card.

5. Height and health status: Male must be 1.60m or taller, female must be 1.55m or taller. Have a health certificate issued by a competent health authority within 12 months from the date of application submission.

6. Other documents (if any).

Note :

- Candidates must register their exact wishes for the recruitment position and work location to submit their application at the Branch according to Agribank's announcement.

- Each candidate only applies for 01 position at 01 Type I Branch in this recruitment round (in case the candidate applies to 02 Type I Branches at the same time or registers his/her wishes at this Type I Branch but applies at another Type I Branch, Agribank has the right to exclude the candidate's application from this recruitment round).

- Agribank does not accept : applications submitted by proxy, applications submitted past the deadline, applications of candidates who violated the Examination Regulations in previous years.

- Candidates are fully responsible for the accuracy and honesty of their application documents. In case Agribank discovers that the application documents are inaccurate or dishonest, the candidate's application results will be canceled.

III. TIME AND PLACE FOR RECEIVING DOCUMENTS

2. Time for receiving documents: From April 25, 2024 to May 7, 2024 , morning from 8:00 - 11:00, afternoon from 13:30 - 17:00; days from Monday to Friday (except holidays) and make-up working day Saturday May 4, 2024.

IV. RECRUITMENT EXAM

- The recruitment exam is conducted through the following rounds: Preliminary application screening, written exam, and interview.

- Time and location of the exam: Agribank will notify each eligible candidate.
