In Decision No. 4857-QD/TU, comrade Ngon Ngoc Khue, Secretary of the Muong Lay Town Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department. Decision No. 4858-QD/TU, comrade Bui Xuan Truong, Deputy Secretary of the Dien Bien District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department. The comrades received their new assignments from July 15, 2024.
Congratulating and assigning tasks to the comrades who were transferred and appointed, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong affirmed that the transfer and appointment of comrades this time was based on the political tasks of the province, agencies and units, aiming to arrange cadres, innovate the style of consulting and leadership according to the Central regulations on planning, training, fostering, transferring and rotating cadres. A number of cadres with extensive experience in localities were added to key leadership positions of the staff apparatus. Along with that, a number of comrades from agencies assisting the Provincial Party Committee, People's Committee and Provincial People's Council received work in the localities to continue training, practice and challenge.
Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong suggested that with the experience gained during their work, the cadres taking on new tasks continue to promote their capacity and strengths, strive to practice and improve their professional qualifications; promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, building a developed collective, excellently completing assigned tasks; advise the province to successfully carry out work tasks, especially successfully organizing party congresses at all levels in the coming time... At the same time, he suggested that departments, branches, sectors and localities in the whole province support and create conditions to help comrades taking on new positions to complete assigned tasks.
The cadres appointed to new positions would like to thank the provincial leaders, agencies, units, localities, colleagues... for their coordination and support throughout the working process and their trust and assignment of new tasks. The comrades would like to fully understand the direction of the Provincial Party Secretary, aware that this is a heavy responsibility that they need to cultivate, strive and train themselves to meet the requirements of the task. In their new positions, the comrades promise to inherit and promote the achievements and experiences of previous generations of leaders, agencies and units; together with the collective solidarity, cohesion, continue to advise to ensure correct, accurate, fast and effective work, contributing to the overall achievements and socio-economic development of the province... The new tasks still have many unclear contents, the comrades also hope to continue to receive the support and coordination of leaders, cadres, civil servants of departments, branches and organizations...
