In the communes and wards of the old Vinh city, now Truong Vinh, Thanh Vinh, Vinh Phu, Vinh Hung wards, many trees have fallen and broken branches.

For example, on the streets of Thanh Vinh ward, there are many fallen trees: Ho Tung Mau, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Ha Huy Tap, Ly Tu Trong...

In addition, many other localities in the province also recorded many fallen trees, temporarily blocking traffic. Local authorities then immediately cut and cleared the jam.

In Yen Trung commune (merged from Hung Yen Bac, Hung Yen Nam and Hung Trung communes of the old Hung Nguyen district), many trees fell on Highway 542E, obstructing traffic.

Immediately after grasping the situation, the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of Yen Trung commune mobilized police, militia and youth union members to cut and clear fallen trees, ensuring safe traffic on the local arterial road.

Other localities such as Quynh Van commune, Van Du commune, Quy Hop commune, etc. also had a series of trees broken down by strong winds and were all trimmed by the on-site force 4 for quick cleanup.
